Delivery Policy

Welcome to Floreria Jazmin-Florist! Thank you for your interest in shopping with us. Below you will find our terms and conditions:

Our Guarantee

It is very important to us that our customers are happy with every order placed, we strive to deliver them on time and with the most care possible.

1:Substitution Policy:

We will always try out best to recreate a very similar arrangement/ Boquete as displayed in the  product picture . However, sometimes we will need to substitute and use a different flower if we do not have it available. This is due to flower availability, nature , regional availability, etc. We will always try to use the same flower in a different color if we’re able to. Or we will use a flower that is the same price or a greater price.  For example, white and cream colored roses may be substituted for each other, or pink lilies may be substituted for white lilies.  If we do not have the same exact vase , ceramic, or container available we will use one that will provide the same look to the arrangement. For instance, if the vase displayed is squared and pink , we may use the same squared vase in a clear color.  If we have any concerns about the overall look of the order we will contact you to confirm the changes.

2: Same Day Delivery:

YES, we deliver on the same day, however all orders for same day delivery must be placed by 2pm or before . If it is later than 2 pm and you still need a same day delivery please give us a call at (732)545-3282.  We will try our best to work with you and accommodate you into our schedule, if we are able to. If you place an order after 2pm and need it for the same day we will contact you confirm if we are able to deliver it the same day or if it we need to schedule it for the following day.

3: Delivery Time:

Our normal delivery hours are 10:30-5:30pm.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. However, you can enter a two-hour time slot window. We will do our best to deliver within that window, but again it is NOT a guaranteed time.

 

For example: you can enter from 10:30am-12:30pm. 

If a specific time (or even a later time) is required for a delivery order please call us at (732)545-3282 , before you place your to confirm that it can be delivered on time.

 

*Please note, during major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests but will try our very best to accommodate.

4: Re-delivery: 

If you place an order for delivery and the recipient is unavailable, we will first try to contact them, to see where is the best place to leave the order.

If we are unable to contact them, we will contact you to see what is the best plan of action.

Please note, that if the delivery address is in New Brunswick only, we will go a second time with out re-charging a delivery fee. After the second time we WILL recharge you the delivery fee. 

If the address is outside of New Brunswick, we will only go one time. We will re-charge you the delivery fee if we must go a second time.

To avoid any misunderstandings please keep this in mind when placing an order with us.

5:Wrong Address:

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address and information. 

We understand mistakes happen. However, if we attempt to deliver and the address is wrong we will re-charge you the delivery fee, no exceptions. 

If the delivery order has already left our shop and it is in route to the address you provided us with and you call us to change it , we will re-charge you the delivery fee.

 If the delivery order is still in our shop and has not left to its destination, we will not re-charge you . 

If you place your order and realize you provided us with the wrong address please give us a call as soon as possible, and we will always try to work with you.

6: Order Cancellation:

Same day orders: Same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Future orders: We may be able to be canceled/ refund, however you must give us a call at (732)545-3282 to do so.

If your order is in route or delivered we will not be able to cancel the order.

7: Refunds

If there is an issue on an order delivered or if you are unsatisfied you must contact us via phone (732)545-3282 within 24 hours (of delivery time) to see if you qualify for a refund. Refunds are given on case-by-case basis, which will be determined strictly by us. If 24 hours (after delivery time) has already we will not refund any orders.

 

For example: If your delivery was delivered at 11:00am on Monday, you have until 11:00 am Tuesday to contact us (via phone 732)545-3282) if there is an issue with your order. If you contact us Tuesday at 12pm , we will no longer consider refunding an order. 

8: Funeral Homes:

9: Hospitals

We deliver to Robert Wood Johnson and St. Peter’s University Hospital, located in New Brunswick. You must include, the following with your order:

  • the patients first and last name 

  • room number

  • floor number

  • department located 

Please be sure to ask family/friends if the patient can receive flowers or gifts before placing your order because in some cases they aren’t allowed to. If you are not sure please contact us before placing an order. We will do our best to help assist you.
